Account Executive

You are a SaaS sales pro with a history of asking smart questions, listening first, digging into challenges first-hand to understand what’s going on, and crafting smart solutions. As our Sales Executive, you will establish relationships with our customers and will push our business forward via solution selling.

Named a GovTech 100 company three years in row, we are changing how citizens interact with their local government. With a recent private equity investment (Wall Street Journal article) and strategic acquisition of CitySourced, we are investing heavily in sales and marketing as we look to grow throughout North America.


  • Proven experience building pipeline in a hunting role and managing a complex sale
  • Positive, persistent, and competitive
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effective at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to create effective, convincing sales presentations
  • Ability to quickly learn standard business practices related to sales processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM, reporting, forecasting, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with an exceptionally strong work ethic that allows a candidate to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced work environment with little day to day supervision or guidance
  • Experience exceeding in an individual a sales/commission-based role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential
  • Interest in technology and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling Enterprise SaaS
  • Experience using Salesforce

Location: Will consider both onsite candidates (Austin, TX) and remote (U.S. or Canada only)

Travel: 25 %
